At Frecan, manufacturing is more than just assembly. We design, develop, and produce our extractor hoods in our own facilities, enabling precise control over each production stage. Every model leaving our factory undergoes internal testing using certified equipment under the strictest European standards.
Real manufacturing: from start to finish
When we say we are manufacturers, we mean the complete process—from product concept through production and validation. This includes something many manufacturers lack: an in-house laboratory.
Our laboratory, located within our Barcelona facilities, allows us to perform accurate technical tests under controlled conditions. There are no simulations or guesses here; every technical detail (airflow, grease absorption, noise level, or energy efficiency) is internally measured according to official protocols such as IEC 61591 or ISO 5801.
