Juntas, tradici\u00f3n servida en la mesa.<\/p>\n<h3>? Potaje de vigilia<\/h3>\n<p>Un guiso humilde y delicioso, t\u00edpico de los viernes de Cuaresma. Sin carne, pero con mucha historia. Lleno de sabor, con bacalao, garbanzos y espinacas como protagonistas.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes (para 4 personas):<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">300 g de garbanzos cocidos<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">200 g de espinacas frescas<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">200 g de bacalao desalado<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1 cebolla<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">2 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1 cdita de piment\u00f3n dulce<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1 hoja de laurel<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1 huevo duro (opcional)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Aceite de oliva virgen extra, sal y pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Sofr\u00ede la cebolla y los ajos picados en aceite hasta dorarlos.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">A\u00f1ade el piment\u00f3n, mezcla r\u00e1pido, y suma las espinacas.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Incorpora los garbanzos, el bacalao y la hoja de laurel.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Cubre con agua o caldo y cocina 15-20 minutos a fuego medio.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Ajusta de sal y pimienta. Sirve caliente\u2026 y con huevo duro, si te apetece.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>? Torrijas<\/h3>\n<p>La reina dulce de la Semana Santa. Crujientes por fuera, jugosas por dentro, perfumadas con canela y lim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1 barra de pan del d\u00eda anterior<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">500 ml de leche<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1 rama de canela<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Piel de 1 lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">2 huevos<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Az\u00facar y canela molida<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Aceite de oliva suave<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Infusiona la leche con canela y piel de lim\u00f3n.
