Por otro lado, la <b>Casta\u00f1ada<\/b>, nos invita a asar casta\u00f1as, preparar dulces como los panellets y llenar la cocina de esos olores que parecen traernos un pedacito de infancia y de hogar.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, <b>Halloween<\/b>, que cada vez tiene m\u00e1s presencia, nos llega con un toque de magia y diversi\u00f3n, heredado de EEUU, donde las calabazas, las decoraciones y los dulces tambi\u00e9n son protagonistas.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso, hoy queremos compartir contigo algunas recetas que har\u00e1n estos d\u00edas completamente dulces. <b>Panellets, manzanas caramelizadas, bu\u00f1uelos de viento y huesos de santo<\/b>. \u00a1Vamos a cocinar y a celebrar lo mejor de esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o! Hechos a base de almendra molida y cubiertos de pi\u00f1ones, coco o cacao, son perfectos para acompa\u00f1ar un vino dulce o moscatel.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">500 g de almendra molida<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">400 g de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">150 g de boniato o patata cocida<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">2 huevos<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Ralladura de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Pi\u00f1ones, coco rallado o cacao (para decorar)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Cocina el boniato o la patata en la placa hasta que est\u00e9 tierno y apl\u00e1stalo para obtener un pur\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Mezcla la almendra molida, el az\u00facar y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n. Estos bocados de masa frita, a menudo rellenos de crema, chocolate o nata, son dulces que simbolizan la tradici\u00f3n de \u00absacar las almas del purgatorio\u00bb con cada bu\u00f1uelo que se come. Son ligeros y esponjosos, perfectos para acompa\u00f1ar un caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">125 ml de agua<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">125 ml de leche<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">100 g de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">150 g de harina<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">4 huevos<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Una pizca de sal<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Aceite para fre\u00edr<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Az\u00facar para espolvorear<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Crema, nata o chocolate para el relleno (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">En una cacerola, calienta el agua, la leche, la mantequilla y la sal. Cuando hierva, a\u00f1ade la harina y mezcla en\u00e9rgicamente hasta obtener una masa espesa.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Retira del fuego y a\u00f1ade los huevos uno a uno, mezclando bien hasta que la masa sea homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Calienta el aceite en una sart\u00e9n y fr\u00ede peque\u00f1as porciones de masa hasta que los bu\u00f1uelos est\u00e9n dorados e hinchados.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Deja enfriar y espolvorea con az\u00facar. Este dulce combina el crujido de la manzana fresca con la suavidad del caramelo, y se puede decorar con chispas, frutos secos, etc.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">4-5 manzanas verdes (como Granny Smith)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1 taza de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1\/4 taza de agua<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1\/2 taza de crema para batir<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Una pizca de sal<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Palitos de brocheta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Lava y seca bien las manzanas y clava un palito en cada una.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">En una cacerola, calienta el az\u00facar y el agua a fuego medio hasta que se forme un caramelo dorado.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Retira del fuego y a\u00f1ade la crema y la sal, mezclando bien.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Sumerge cada manzana en el caramelo y deja que se enfr\u00eden sobre papel de hornear.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En definitiva, re\u00fane a los tuyos, prueba estas recetas y celebra la vida honrando el recuerdo de quienes ya no est\u00e1n.
