Une invitation \u00e0 vous asseoir, savourer une bouch\u00e9e pleine d\u2019amour et vous offrir un moment parfait, que vous soyez seul, entre amis ou avec qui vous voulez.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Cannellonis Rossini<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (4 portions):<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>12 plaques de cannellonis<\/li>\n<li>300 g de viande hach\u00e9e (m\u00e9lange de b\u0153uf et de porc)<\/li>\n<li>50 g de foie gras ou p\u00e2t\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 truffe noire (optionnelle)<\/li>\n<li>1 gros oignon<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d\u2019ail<\/li>\n<li>1 grosse tomate m\u00fbre (ou 2 petites)<\/li>\n<li>1 petit verre de vin blanc sec<\/li>\n<li>Sel, poivre noir et muscade au go\u00fbt<\/li>\n<li>500 ml de b\u00e9chamel maison (beurre, farine et lait)<\/li>\n<li>100 g de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Huile d\u2019olive vierge extra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Pour la Farce:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans une grande po\u00eale, faites revenir l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail hach\u00e9s avec un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Cuisez doucement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient fondants.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez la viande hach\u00e9e, remuez pour bien l\u2019\u00e9mietter et laissez cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit dor\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporez la tomate r\u00e2p\u00e9e, laissez r\u00e9duire quelques minutes, puis ajoutez le vin blanc pour \u00e9vaporer l\u2019alcool.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langez avec le foie gras ou le p\u00e2t\u00e9, et si vous le souhaitez, r\u00e2pez un peu de truffe pour une touche sophistiqu\u00e9e. Salez et poivrez, puis laissez refroidir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Pour les Cannellonis:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Cuisez les plaques selon les instructions, \u00e9gouttez-les et \u00e9talez-les sur un torchon propre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Assemblage:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Garnissez chaque plaque de farce, roulez d\u00e9licatement et placez-les dans un plat l\u00e9g\u00e8rement graiss\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Pour la B\u00e9chamel:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Faites fondre 50 g de beurre, ajoutez 50 g de farine et cuisez quelques minutes. Incorporez progressivement 500 ml de lait tout en remuant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une consistance cr\u00e9meuse. Assaisonnez avec sel, muscade et poivre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Cuisson:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Recouvrez les cannellonis de b\u00e9chamel, saupoudrez de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9 et enfournez \u00e0 180 \u00b0C pendant 20 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le dessus soit dor\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Touche Finale:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ajoutez un peu plus de truffe r\u00e2p\u00e9e \u00e0 la sortie du four si vous le souhaitez.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Pr\u00eat \u00e0 D\u00e9guster<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Installez-vous, savourez et laissez chaque bouch\u00e9e vous transporter.
